The financial institution controls authorization holds, additional checks, approval, and decline decisions.

To avoid uncertainty, with the order stage tied to the rule, accurate billing and contact details are required. An order may be reviewed or cancelled if payment authorization fails or fraud controls identify material risk, and taxes are collected as applicable law directs.
